Although the origins are mostly unknown, we've been enjoying the dynamic sips of the Negroni for nearly 100 years. Light aromatics and sweetness from the vermouth are balanced out by the fruity, bitter, and botanical blend of gin and Campari.
• 1 oz Rieger's Gin
• 1 oz Bitter Aperetif (we use Campari)
• 1 oz Sweet Vermouth (we use Dolin Rouge)
• Orange twist garnish
Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass and stir until cold and properly diluted. Strain into a cold rocks with new ice. Garnish with an orange twist.
