Bring your paws-itively scary and fur-ociously cute costumed pups for a parade and costume contest. Mixed Mutt & Company will be onsite selling fang-tastic treats for all the little hellhounds. Humans get treated too, with happy hour pricing in Electric Park. Event is weather permitting.
