Are there two different tiers of membership?
Yes! There is a VIP Membership for $199/annually and a Free Standard Membership. Details on both can be found above these FAQs.
As a VIP Member, when and where can I pick up my 4 seasonal gifts?
Great question. On location at our Distillery Gift Shop. For 2024, the VIP gifts will be available for pickup on January 1st, April 1st, July 1st, and October 1st.
Do I have to pay a fee if I want to cancel?
Nope, you can cancel anytime. No fee. No way.
How do I pay for a VIP Membership and access my offers?
The annual payment is made digitally through a link we‘ll send you in the next email. You’ll also be able to sign up through a link on our website. Once you sign up and your account is created, all your offers will be available on your phone.
Can I share my VIP Membership with my significant other?
You bet! Your significant other can access your account and use your benefits whenever they’re at the distillery.
What if I don't want to go VIP?
That's just fine. There’s a free version, too. The Free Membership still includes some great benefits – the VIP version just offers lots more!
