Old Dog, New Tricks

A twist on both popular brunch cocktails, the greyhound and the salty dog, this cocktail drinks as great at 9am as 9pm. Juicy, tart, and just the right touch of bitter grapefruit flavor give this one top shelf quaffability. A little salt along the rim keeps your palate asking for another bite from this rabid mix.

• 1 oz Rieger’s Premium Wheat Vodka

• ½ oz Grapefruit liqueur (we use Giffard Pamplemousse)

• ½ oz Aperol

• ¾ oz Fresh Lime Juice

• ½ oz Simple Syrup

• pink salt

Rim the glass with pink salt before making your cocktail. Next, combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and shake vigorously. Strain your cocktail into your salt rimmed cocktail glass
