About the event
We’re celebrating National Absinthe Day in true Hey! Hey! Club fashion all week long, as we invite guests to explore the mystique of the Green Faerie. This week-long experience features a curated menu of absinthe-forward cocktails, classic preparations, and food specials inspired by old-world cafés.
Sip inventive cocktails like the Corpse Reviver, Sazerac, and Piña Verde, or experience traditional absinthe service poured from our fountain with a sugar cube and slow drip—just as it would have been enjoyed in 19th-century Europe.
