The name "Private Stock" dates back to 1927, when a federal court ruling permitted the Rieger family to move their personal whiskey inventory home during Prohibition — safeguarding it from a dark chapter in American whiskey history. Rieger Private Stock 10-Year Straight Bourbon Whiskey is the first entry in a new quarterly series of distillery-exclusive releases — and the first-ever 10-year straight bourbon from J. Rieger & Co. With under 300 bottles available, this release draws from the only three 10-year-old barrels currently in our inventory.
Founded in 1887 and resurrected in 2014 in Kansas City, MO, J. Rieger & Co. has built a legacy on award-winning Whiskeys. Our Private Stock label represents the finest and most limited of our Whiskey offerings, starting with this Straight Bourbon aged for a minimum of 10 years. Rich & deep with flavor, this Bourbon celebrates our heritage and passion for producing the finest spirits in the world.

This event is open to anyone who wants first access to taste/purchase one bottle. Tickets go on sale on the 1st day of the month of the release (March 1, June 1, September 1, December 1).
