1.25 oz Caffe Amaro
0.75 oz KC Whiskey
0.50 oz Maple Syrup
0.50 oz Almond Milk (any milk or dairy substitute should work - nothing sweetened!)
1 tsp Pumpkin Puree (Alternative is canned pumpkin)
2 dash Angostura Bitters
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin. Shake vigorously with ice. Strain over fresh ice. Garnish with grated nutmeg.
