Rieger Straight Bourbon
A bright and balanced twist on a whiskey fizz. Rieger’s Straight Bourbon lays a bold foundation, while Giffard’s Peche de Vigne brings lush stone fruit sweetness. Fresh lemon juice and simple syrup add crisp contrast, and a splash of sparkling water lifts it all into refreshing harmony.

INGREDIENTS
• 1.50 oz Rieger's Straight Bourbon Whiskey
• 0.50 oz Giffard Peche de Vigne
• 0.75 oz Simple Syrup
• 0.75 oz Lemon Juice
• 1.50 oz Sparkling Water
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients, except sparkling water, in cocktail tin. Shake with ice. Strain into collins glass with fresh ice. Top with sparkling water. Garnish with lemon wheel and sprig of mint.
