Rieger Gin
Bright and sun-soaked, The Prairie Halo blends Rieger Gin with golden coconut, fresh lime, and citrus oleo for a smooth, refreshing cocktail with warm spice and a vibrant finish.
INGREDIENTS
• 1 ½ oz Rieger Gin
• 1 ½ oz Golden Coconut Milk*
• ¾ Fresh Lime Juice
• ¼ Oleo Syrup
• Dried plantain chip or lime wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake vigorously until
well chilled. Strain over fresh ice in a Collins or rocks glass. Top with a
splash of soda water. Garnish with a dried plantain chip or lime wheel.
* Golden Coconut Milk
Open one small can (13 oz) of coconut milk and pour into a mixing
bowl. Add 2 tsp golden milk powder and 200 g coconut sugar.
Whisk thoroughly until the sugar is fully dissolved and the mixture is
smooth and emulsified. Refrigerate and use within 5 days.
