Bright and refreshing, Sweet Meadow captures the essence of sunshine with a beautiful corn, honey, and basil marmalade and fresh lemon juice.

INGREDIENTS
• 1½ oz J. Rieger Gin
• 1 oz Corn, Honey & Basil Marmalade*
• 1 oz Fresh Lemon Juice
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice. Shake hard.
Double-strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass. Rest a small spoon of
torched candied corn across the rim.
*Corn, Honey & Basil Marmalade
Combine 450 g fresh or frozen corn kernels, 150 g honey, 150 g
granulated sugar, 12 oz fresh lemon juice, and 12 oz water in a
saucepan. Cook over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring
occasionally. Strain all the corn out first, then return only half the
corn to the liquid and blend until smooth. Strain well through a
fine-mesh sieve. Fold in 5 fresh basil leaves, finely chopped. Cool
and refrigerate up to 1 week. Reserve the remaining candied corn,
torch lightly before garnishing.
