AMARO CORTADO

The Amaro Cortado is rich and creamy, with just the right kick of roasted coffee and the warmth of vanilla and toasted oak. Imagine a walk through the pumpkin patch with a whiskey-spiked latte and maple fritter. Grab your sweater - we’ll wait.

We created this riff on the classic Piña Colada by replacing the rum component with both our bitter-sweet Caffè Amaro and Kansas City Whiskey while remaining true to the cocktail’s origin with the remaining ingredients.

COPPER CUP

A derivative of the classic Ward 8 cocktail, you'll find this to be quite an adaptable experience with layers of flavor. Bright fruit flavors of pomegranate and deep rich flavors of honey really make this cocktail enjoyable all year long.

FARMHOUSE FIZZ

This cocktail was inspired by the inimitable and legendary Master Distiller Tom Nichol. When we first began working with Tom he traveled to Kansas City from his home in Scotland and fell in love with Boulevard Brewing Co.'s Tank 7 beer. Once J. Rieger & Co.'s Midwestern Dry Gin was finalized, Ryan took it as a challenge to formulate a cocktail using both ingredients- and thus The Farmhouse Fizz was born.

Here we are finding a good amount of inspiration from the Oaks Lily cocktail in this highball/sour hybrid. Often we may shake some of these ingredients but the undiluted experience is part of what we are reaching for while in creating this light and invigorating cocktail. Subtle spice with fresh juicy fruit and slightly floral undertones.

BOULEVARDIER

A cousin to the gin-based Negroni, the bourbon-based Boulevardier was created during Prohibition by Harry McElhone, famed bartender and founder of Harry’s New York Bar in Paris. This simple, boozy, and bittersweet cocktail was also known for being the signature drink of Erskine Gwynne, who was the nephew of railroad tycoon Alfred Vanderbilt. Gwynne edited a monthly magazine in Paris named, you guessed it, The Boulevardier.

This highball style cocktail is bursting with layers of flavor and complexity. At first you are met with the refreshingly bright aroma of peach and mint. Followed by the the fruity tang of the cocktail shrub and effervescence of dry cider.

At its roots, this cocktail is without a doubt just Negroni Sbagliatto. But fortifying the low ABV mix with a touch of gin makes for an enjoyable boozy adventure.

ESPRESSO MARTINI

Our version of the Espresso Martini makes for a slightly spiced and texturally rich buzz. Substituting orgeat (almond syrup) for the normal simple syrup and adding a few heavy dashes of Angostura really sets this cocktail apart from all others.

FIFTY FINO

Just one of the endless variations on the classic Martini, this riff uses Fino Sherry. Rich, savory, and ice cold—it will shock the system and calm the nerves.

This cocktail is a modern classic take on a gin sour. Developed by Dale Degroff in the 1990s while working at the iconic Rainbow Room, inside Rockefeller Center. A bright and refreshing cocktail with hints of baking spice and juniper.
