This cocktail is one of our newest (and most popular) additions to the Monogram Lounge menu over the last couple months. It reads like it tastes…tropical and crushable. The combination of banana and orange liqueur with the base spirit make this cocktail perfect for anyone looking to escape the heat.
1 oz Rieger’s Premium Wheat Vodka
½ oz orange liqueur (we use Pierre Ferrand Dry Curaçao)
½ oz banane liqueur (we use Giffard Banane du Brasil)
½ oz passionfruit syrup
¾ oz fresh lime juice
2-3 heavy dashes of Angostura bitters
Garnish with lime wheel and grated nutmeg
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin and briefly shake with ice for 3-4 seconds to avoid over dilution. Strain into your favorite cocktail glass and fill with pebbled ice. Garnish with a lime peel and grated nutmeg.
