THE HANKY PANKY

FEATURED SPIRIT:

Rieger Gin

In 1903, Ada Coleman, better known as “Coley” to her regular guests, became the first-ever female Head Bartender at the legendary “American Bar at The Savoy Hotel” in London. Her most recognized drink, the Hanky Panky, became a renowned classic, and her role and accomplishments have inspired a great number of bartenders for generations since then. We are paying tribute to Ada with this riff on her classic Hanky Panky, using Rieger’s Midwestern Dry Gin and Caffè Amaro.
