INGREDIENTS

• 2 oz Rieger Straight Bourbon
• ½ oz Falernum
• ½ oz fresh lemon juice
• 1 tsp rich simple syrup (2:1 sugar to water)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, and vigorously shake. Strain into a collins glass and garnish with a mint sprig.
