WIPPER SNAPPER
FEATURED SPIRIT:
Rieger Straight Bourbon

INGREDIENTS
• 1 oz Rieger Bourbon
• 1 oz cold brew
• ½ oz Licor 43
• ½ oz Caffè Amaro
• ½ oz simple syrup
• 2 dashes Angostura •Bitters
• 3 drops saline solution (optional)***
INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients in a shaker tin with ice, and vigorously shake. Double strain in a rocks glass with a large cube. Garnish with an expressed orange swath and discard.
***Saline Solution***
4:1 salt to water. Mix salt with very hot water and stir until the salt is fully incorporated. Let the mixture cool off before using.
