Espresso Martini

Our version of the Espresso Martini makes for a slightly spiced and texturally rich buzz. Substituting orgeat (almond syrup) for the normal simple syrup and adding a few heavy dashes of Angostura really sets this cocktail apart from all others.

• 1 ½ oz Premium Wheat Vodka

• 1 oz Thou Mayest Cold Brew

• ¾ oz Caffe Amaro

• 1 oz Almond Orgeat (try brands Giffard or Liber & Co.)

• 6 dash Angostura Bitters

Combine all ingredients in a cocktail tin and shake with ice. Fine strain back into tin and shake again without ice (dry shake). Pour into coupe-style cocktail glass.
