Just one of the endless variations on the classic Martini, this riff uses Fino Sherry. Rich, savory, and ice cold—it will shock the system and calm the nerves.
*If unfamiliar with the mixing technique known as "throwing", be sure to study and practice first, with water.
1½ oz Midwestern Dry Gin
¾ oz Dry Vermouth
¾ oz Fino Sherry
3 dashes orange bitters
Throw over ice in mixing tins. Strain into chilled Nick & Nora glass or coupe, no ice. Garnish with lemon twist.
